Guide

Behavioral health conditions we support

Families often start with a concern—worry that will not settle, low mood, big feelings after hard experiences, attention struggles, autism-related needs, challenging behavior, or school avoidance. Crimson Heights offers outpatient therapy, day treatment and PHP for youth at every Utah clinic, intensive outpatient (IOP), ABA, family therapy, occupational therapy, in-home ABA, and psychological testing across eight clinics in Utah and Nevada. Programs run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Henderson from 9 AM to 6 PM), with Saturday appointments available. Fit, intensity, and coverage are confirmed during intake.

Overview

How care is matched to the person

A clinician starts with assessment and listens to what daily life looks like at home, school, and in the community. Outpatient therapy may draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Not every modality is used with every client.

Overview

Levels of care and ages

Adult residential support is available in Utah only. Ages served begin at 2 and continue through adulthood. Individual fit and authorization are confirmed during intake.

FAQ

Common questions

Which conditions does Crimson Heights support?

Families commonly seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism and co-occurring needs, challenging behavior, and school refusal. A clinician confirms individual fit during intake.

Crimson Heights has eight clinics in Utah and Nevada: Cedar City, Kanab, St. George, and Salem in Utah; Mesquite, Henderson, Las Vegas, and Overton/Logandale in Nevada.

What hours do programs run?

Programs run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Henderson from 9 AM to 6 PM), with Saturday appointments available. Clinic front-desk hours can differ slightly by location; intake confirms scheduling for the service you need.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or 988. Crimson Heights provides scheduled clinical care, not emergency response.

How do we start?

Text a clinic from the locations pages or the contact page. Share the concern, age, preferred city, and any insurance or funding details you already know. Intake explains next steps.
