Client PortalCrimson Heights service
Structured residential support for eligible Utah adults accessing authorized services through DSPD contracts and referral pathways.
Who this may support
Certified Residential Support is the Utah residential pathway associated with eligible adults receiving services through the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD). It is not an unrestricted private-pay or general outpatient service.
Support is organized around the person’s authorized plan and individual goals. Depending on that plan, assistance may include daily routines, personal care, meals, transportation, communication, community participation, medication-related support, and progress toward greater independence.
Areas of support
What support may include
Daily support reflects the adult’s assessed needs, preferences, authorized services, and goals for participation and independence.
Staff may support household routines, self-care, communication, transportation, appointments, and access to community activities.
The residential team follows the approved plan and coordinates with the individual, representatives, and authorized service partners.
Goals and support strategies are reviewed through the applicable planning process and adjusted as authorized needs change.
What to expect
The exact sequence can vary, but every service starts by confirming needs, fit, and current availability.
The individual must be eligible for the applicable DSPD pathway and have an appropriate referral or authorization.
Crimson Heights evaluates the person’s support needs, placement fit, staffing, location, and current capacity.
When approved and available, the team coordinates planning, records, authorized services, and the transition into support.
