Nevada Developmental Services (ADSD)

Nevada's state program for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is the Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) Developmental Services program. Developmental Services works through regional centers.

Crimson Heights Nevada clinics sit in two regional-center areas: Rural Regional Center (RRC) for Mesquite and Logandale/Overton (Moapa Valley), and Desert Regional Center (DRC) – Nevada ADSD for Las Vegas and Henderson. Always name the regional center that matches the clinic area.

On this website, the ADSD-related pathways discussed for Nevada are Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) and the Autism Treatment Assistance Program (ATAP). SLA is not assisted living. This page does not claim Jobs and Day Training, respite, family support, host homes, or shared living as ADSD services. Regular clinical services—therapy, ABA, day treatment, and related outpatient care—remain available at every Nevada clinic and are not framed here as ADSD-funded beyond SLA and ATAP.

How to access

Referral steps

  1. Step 01

    Open a case with the correct regional center

    ADSD Developmental Services determines eligibility. Contact the regional center that serves the person's area: Rural Regional Center (RRC) for Mesquite and Moapa Valley / Logandale-Overton, or Desert Regional Center (DRC) – Nevada ADSD for Las Vegas and Henderson. Crimson Heights does not decide regional-center eligibility.

  2. Step 02

    Work with your Service Coordinator

    Each person eligible for Developmental Services is assigned a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator handles referral and linkage through the person-centered planning process.

  3. Step 03

    Authorize services in the Person Centered Plan

    Services are delivered as authorized and identified in a recipient's Person Centered Plan (PCP), also called an Individual Service Plan (ISP). For ATAP, referrals and authorizations come from ATAP staff using ATAP referral processes.

  4. Step 04

    Call a Crimson Heights Nevada clinic

    Share the service needed, age, preferred clinic, and whether SLA, ATAP, or another funding source is involved. Intake explains what can be verified next. A listed funding relationship is not proof of coverage.

What is Nevada ADSD Developmental Services?

It is Nevada's state Developmental Services program under the Aging and Disability Services Division. It serves people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through regional centers.

Which regional center covers each Crimson Heights Nevada clinic?

Is Adult Residential Support available in Nevada?

Adult Residential Support is offered through Utah locations only. Nevada clinics publish the non-residential clinical service lines listed on each clinic page, plus the ADSD-related SLA and ATAP pathways described here when authorized.

Who decides Developmental Services eligibility?

The regional center determines Developmental Services eligibility. Families should contact the applicable regional center and work with their Service Coordinator. Crimson Heights can discuss fit after a referral or authorization question is raised.
