Every new clinical guidance page must identify an accountable author or editorial owner, an appropriately qualified reviewer, the reviewer’s scope, and publication, modification, and clinical-review dates. A credential is displayed only after it has been verified.
Clinical and safety claims require claim-level support from primary guidance, recognized professional standards, peer-reviewed evidence, or authoritative public sources. Marketing language, imported copy, and source lists added after the fact are not treated as substantiation.
Location, service, payer, age, availability, licensing, accreditation, pricing, and staffing statements must match the approved publication register. Unknown or unapproved facts remain unpublished.
High-impact clinical, payment, intake, and location content is reviewed when evidence or operations change and on a scheduled basis. Material changes update the visible modification or review date.
