Clinic ABA and in-home ABA—how to choose

Some skills are easier to practice in a clinic; others belong in morning routines, mealtimes, or community outings. Crimson Heights offers Applied Behavior Analysis in clinic, home, and community settings through all eight Utah and Nevada clinics. In-home ABA is a distinct pathway and is not automatic with every other service.

Overview

In-home and community sessions

In-home ABA brings support into familiar routines—mornings, hygiene, chores, transitions, and caregiver coaching. Community sessions may practice skills in real settings when the plan allows. Authorization, staffing, and service-area details are confirmed during intake. Arizona DDD families may also be served in clinic and in home through Utah/Nevada teams when authorized.

Can we combine clinic and home sessions?

Often yes, when the plan and authorization support mixed settings. The team helps decide the mix.

Is in-home ABA available at every clinic?

Yes. In-home ABA is available through all eight clinics when eligibility and staffing allow.

Do caregivers participate?

Caregiver collaboration is common and may be required by the plan or funding source.

What hours do ABA programs run?

Programs run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Henderson from 9 AM to 6 PM), with Saturday appointments available. Exact session times are scheduled during intake.
