Arizona DDD families and Crimson Heights

Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) supports eligible people with developmental disabilities. Crimson Heights serves Arizona DDD families in clinic and in-home settings through its Utah and Nevada clinics. There is no Crimson Heights clinic in Arizona. Medicaid is accepted in Arizona; exact authorizations and travel or service-area details are confirmed during intake.

What this means in practice

Families may travel to a Utah or Nevada clinic or arrange in-home ABA and related supports when staffing, authorization, and service-area rules allow. Available service lines include ABA, outpatient therapy, family therapy, occupational therapy, psychological testing, and IOP. Adult residential support remains Utah-only. Programs run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Henderson from 9 AM to 6 PM), with Saturday appointments available.
