What you’ll do

Make the work matter.

  • Build trusting relationships with residents and model healthy communication.
  • Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, homework, and household chores.
  • Coach coping skills, social skills, and safe community participation on outings.
  • Follow each resident's treatment plan, supervision level, and safety protocols.
  • Complete shift notes, incident reports, and other required documentation on time.
  • Partner with house leads and clinicians when concerns or crises arise.
