What you’ll do

Make the work matter.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned residential programs and locations.
  • Coach house leads on scheduling, documentation, and team member development.
  • Monitor compliance with treatment plans, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Partner with clinical leadership on admissions, discharges, and complex cases.
  • Review incident reports, audits, and quality metrics and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention for frontline residential roles.
