What we commit to

  • Only a fixed allowlist of page, service, location, and button-position labels is ever sent.
  • Declining leaves every page, form, and phone number fully usable.
  • You can change or withdraw this choice at any time from the footer of any page.

Guide

Utah Medicaid and Crimson Heights care

Utah Medicaid can help eligible children, youth, and adults access behavioral health and developmental supports. Crimson Heights accepts Medicaid in Utah and publishes Utah clinics in Cedar City, Kanab, St. George, and Salem. A listed payer relationship is not proof that a specific plan, service, or date of care is covered—intake verifies benefits for the person.

Overview

Services families often ask about

Utah clinics offer outpatient mental health therapy, child and teen therapy, family therapy, occupational therapy, ABA and in-home ABA, intensive outpatient (IOP), youth day treatment and PHP, and psychological testing. Adult residential support and DSPD Certified Residential Support are Utah pathways. Programs run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Henderson from 9 AM to 6 PM), with Saturday appointments available.

Overview

How to verify coverage

Bring the member ID, plan name, and the service you are asking about. Text a Utah clinic or use the insurance verification pathway so billing can confirm network status, authorization needs, and expected member responsibility before care begins.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Crimson Heights accept Utah Medicaid?

Yes. Medicaid is accepted in Utah. Exact plan participation, covered services, and authorization rules are confirmed during benefits verification.

Which Utah cities have clinics?

Cedar City, Kanab, St. George, and Salem. Adult residential support is Utah-only; residential addresses stay private.

Is DSPD the same as Medicaid?

No. DSPD is Utah’s disability services pathway. Some people use both Medicaid and DSPD supports. See the DSPD hub for Certified Residential Support details.

Can Arizona or Colorado Medicaid members use Utah clinics?

Medicaid is accepted in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. Crimson Heights does not operate Arizona or Colorado clinics. Cross-state plan rules vary—verify benefits before travel or tele-adjacent assumptions.

What if coverage is unclear?

Text a Utah clinic with the member ID and service needed. Intake and billing explain what can be verified next. Do not send detailed health information through unsecured channels when a private intake path is available.
