Paid RBT training

Behavior Technician

Provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.

Training included. No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower rate.

Make the work matter.

  • Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
  • Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
  • Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
  • Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
