What you’ll do

Make the work matter.

  • Greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and answer phones.
  • Maintain client files and electronic medical records accurately.
  • Relay messages between clients and clinicians and follow up on inquiries.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents and manage mail and deliveries.
  • Log inventory and keep the reception area orderly.
  • Collaborate with staff to support overall office operations.
