Job Title: Program Lead

Compensation: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Program Lead plays a vital role in overseeing team operations, ensuring documentation integrity, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting staff through training and leadership. This role requires strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills to uphold high standards of service and care.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all team documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
- Approve documentation in Axiom and Simple Practice on time
- Confirm admin time is properly tracked and approved in Paycom
- Collaborate with the Systems Manager for accurate data conversion
Team Leadership & Support
- Monitor service hour completion and report shortfalls weekly
- Train staff on company policies, mission, and procedures
- Lead monthly team meetings and quarterly performance reviews
- Oversee BIP training and onboarding for new hires
Operations & Scheduling
- Create biweekly team schedules using Sling
- Approve and audit submitted schedules for accuracy and OT compliance
- Collaborate with Directors to align curriculum and scheduling goals
- Meet accuracy benchmarks on accountability checklist
House Oversight & Crisis Management
- Oversee medication administration and refills
- Guide meal planning and grocery fund management
- Respond to crisis situations and coach staff through them
- Conduct IPOP checks and report maintenance needs
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of management experience required
- RBT or SSW certification is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with developmental disability training methods
- Proficient in crisis intervention and behavior planning
- Understanding of group home compliance standards
- Skilled in record-keeping and program data review
- Ability to respond to emergency situations 24/7
Certifications & Licenses
- Completion of in-service training
- CPR, First Aid, and medication certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
