Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skill-based assessments.
- Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
- Develop individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor plan implementation and progress.
- Provide training to caregivers, parents, and technicians on ABA principles.
- Graph and analyze data; adjust strategies based on client progress.
- Generate and submit routine progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Utah LBA licensure.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Ability to conduct FBAs and write individualized behavior support plans.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Experience with children, teens, and young adults with autism.
- Resume and two references required.
