Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior and skills assessments.
- Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
- Design individualized behavior treatment and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor implementation and progress.
- Train parents, caregivers, and technicians in ABA principles and procedures.
- Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress, and provide regular progress summaries.
Job Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with UT Licensure (LBA) in ABA.
- Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write positive behavior support plans.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism.
- Resume and two references required.
