Job Title: ABA Clinical Director (BCBA, LBA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Location: In Person – Spanish Fork, UT

The Clinical Director will work closely with our mental health leadership to help guide program quality and expansion.
Job Responsibilities

Mentor and inspire BCBAs, Behavior Analyst Interns, and RBTs while managing a small client caseload.

Ensure clinical quality compliance across all ABA services.

Provide 80 billable treatment hours per month under a productivity agreement.

Assist with intake assessments, discharge planning, and progress reviews.

Lead supervision, training, and professional development for clinical staff.

Oversee clinical operations and help grow ABA services in the Spanish Fork/Salem region.

Supervise Behavior Analyst Interns and assign responsibilities appropriately.

Assess team qualifications and ensure credentials/training compliance.

Assign cases strategically to help balance team productivity and referral growth.

Build and develop an RBT team, guiding them through certification and setup.

Develop systems to support ongoing growth and expansion of services.

Transition cases to new clinicians as services scale.

Communicate with stakeholders, attend meetings, and represent the organization.

Support daily company operations, including hiring and implementing internal systems.

Pilot new initiatives like data collection apps and ensure team adoption.

Take on high-profile and specialty cases to support growth and direct service hours.

Design and implement strategies to meet business goals and expand infrastructure.

Oversee documentation and compliance with insurance guidelines.

Collaborate with leadership to expand services geographically and functionally (e.g., residential, OT, ST).

Partner with mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Maintain ongoing communication with families and participate in team discussions.

Conduct employee reviews and support staff professional development.
Job Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LBA credentials in Utah.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising other BCBAs.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow services, and maintain clinical excellence.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Willingness to relocate to Spanish Fork, UT prior to start.
