I'm originally from West Haven, Utah, and recently moved to Cedar City for the snow and stunning red rock landscapes! I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah and have experience supporting clients through challenges with anxiety and depression. My practice primarily centers on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). A nature enthusiast, I love spending time outdoors and truly believe in the positive impact it can have on mental health and personal growth.

My main focus has always been wanting to help those who have a past of traumatic events and need help with processing their past traumas. I am passionate about this line of work and find joy in helping those see the light in their lives again. I primarily use Dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I can also provide mental health services in Spanish if needed.
