Kanab Utah scholarship opportunity

Introducing the Kanab Community Behavioral Health Scholarship Program – a resource designed to help local families manage the high out-of-pocket medical expenses for behavioral health services not fully covered by insurance. Our goal is to ease financial pressures so families can focus on getting the vital ABA and mental health care they need without the worry of unmet deductibles and costs.

• Residency: Applicants must reside within 30 miles of Kanab or the surrounding areas.
• Insurance Requirement: You MUST have active health insurance coverage.
• Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate financial need through a brief application process that includes income verification and medical cost documentation.
• Pending review of your application.
• At least 15-30 hours a week of services for 1 year.
